Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, please fill out the Cancellation Request form (below).
You must mention if you are part of any sessions, and indicate your intent to withdraw as well. Confirmation of receipt and processing will be sent within two weeks of a cancellation request. In most cases, any refund due will be credited to the original account used to pay the registration. 

  • Requests received by November 8, 2017 will incur a 10% cancellation fee
  • Requests received by January 1, 2018 will incur a 25% cancellation fee
  • Requests received by February 14, 2018 will incur a 50% cancellation fee
  • Requests received after February 14, 2018 forfeit the registration fee.

Cancellations submitted after February 14, 2018 may not be processed until several weeks after the meeting. At the discretion of the AAG, cancellations due to extenuating circumstances may be refunded the amount indicated in the previous date range.
