The AAG Exhibit Hall will be located in The Marriott Wardman Park in Exhibit Hall B and C on the Exhibition Hall Level. The AAG Annual Meeting provides a dynamic forum for industry leaders to showcase the most recent trends in geographic ideas and technologies. As an exhibitor you will have opportunities to:

  • Host training sessions or workshops—at your booth or in a classroom setting—to teach attendees how to better use your products or software

Exhibit Booth Rates

  • Standard - $2,550 per linear 10’x10’ space, add $150 for a corner booth
  • Non-Profit* - $1,275 per linear 10’x10’ space, add $150 for a corner booth
  • 20' x 20' Island - $12,500 
  • 20' x 30'Island - $18,000

*AAG Approved 501(c)3 organizations only. University press publishers are not approved for this rate.

Booth space includes:

  • 10’x10’ booth space with 3’ side rails and 8’ back drape
  • 7”x 44” identification sign
  • Company name listed in meeting program and meeting mobile app
  • Company name listed on meeting web site with link to company website
  • Two complimentary Full Conference Registrations per 10’x10’ booth and eight Exhibit Hall Only registrations for booth staff not attending the meeting; non-profit booths receive two complimentary Full Conference Registrations only
  • Post-show attendee list

Booth carpet, furniture (tables and chairs, etc.), lighting, electrical, internet, etc. are not included and must be purchased separately by the exhibitor. The exhibit hall is carpeted.

 

Display your publication at the 2019 AAG Bookshelf!

The 2019 AAG Annual Meeting will feature a location in the Exhibit Hall dedicated to academic book displays. The AAG Bookshelf will be open during the Exhibit Hall hours. Simply send us your products and we will display your books, distribute order forms, and provide staff to monitor the area (no orders will be processed on-site).  

We welcomed over 9000 geographers in academia, business, government and technology to the meeting in 2017, and we expect the 2018 meeting will draw about the same attendance.  Companies are responsible for providing AAG with one copy of each publication, the necessary number of order forms and all shipping costs.  Return shipments of books after the meeting cannot be arranged by AAG.
