Sponsorship and Advertising Opportunities
Choose any combination of available sponsorship and advertising opportunities to market your brand at the Annual Meeting. We offer both material and digital sponsorship options for sponsors to reach their target audience within the AAG membership and conference attendee population.
Reusable Water Bottles
$20,000 (AAG provides bottles), $5,000 (Sponsor provides 8-9000 bottles)
Keep our meeting green by sponsoring eco-friendly co-branded reusable water bottles that will be distributed to distributed to all attendees as they check in for the conference and pick up their name badges.
Attendee Badge Lanyards
$15,000 (AAG provides lanyards), $5,000 (Sponsor provides lanyards)
Co-branded lanyards will be distributed to all attendees as they check in for the conference and pick up their name badges.
Official Conference Totebags - $7,500
All attendees will receive bags with your organization’s name and/or logo.

“My Schedule” Page $7,500 (Exclusive Sponsorship) - SOLD!
Banner $2,500 - limited supply, maximum of 6 external ads.
You can customize the splash page (viewed each time the app is opened) or have your logo watermarked on the “My Schedule” portion of the app. Banner ads run at the top of the screen while attendees are using the app. App graphics must be JPG or PNG format at 300 dpi.
Conference Assistant T-Shirts - $5,000
Have your name and/or logo on the Conference Assistant shirts. Conference Assistants are stationed throughout conference meeting rooms, the exhibit hall, and other high traffic conference areas for the entire meeting and cannot be missed!
Directional Signage - $5,000
Advertise with company graphics and logos on ten AAG directional signs. These signs measure 1 meter wide x 3 meters tall. Sponsors have the entire back side for their graphics, with their logo and booth # displayed on the front side with the directional information.
Social Media Station - $5,000
This large display will provide a charging station with various outlet adapters for attendees to charge their mobile device, as well as two large flat screens displaying the latest AAG social networking chatter (e.g, Twitter and Facebook).
Sponsored Workshops - $5,000 (full day), $2,500 (half day)
Workshops organized by AAG members for the benefit of AAG meeting attendees may be organized at no cost. Host a half-day or full-day workshop to introduce your product or service to AAG attendees on a relevant topic. Any costs associated with speakers, food and beverage, and audiovisual equipment are the responsibility of the host company. The host is also responsible for onsite registration and logistics. This is a premier opportunity to have dedicated and focused time with the AAG attendees. Sponsorship includes:
- Full or Half Day Space to accommodate up to 50 attendees
- Listing in Program Book
- Full page ad in program
- Tote bag insert
- Listing in Geogram
“You Are Here” Locator - $3,500 each
Located at high traffic areas throughout the meeting properties, these displays provide a quick view of the conference center layout and identify locations of various services. As a sponsor, your custom graphics are on the lower display panel. Five locators available per Annual Meeting.
Floor Stickers - $2,000 for exhibitors, $3,000 for groups not exhibiting (5 stickers)
The floor sticker arrows directing attendees to the exhibit hall this year could not be missed! You can have your organization’s logo on these stickers directing attendees to your booth. If you’re not exhibiting, these can advertise your group however you like. AAG must approve art first.
Conference Walking Map - $1,500
Have your company’s logo featured on the conference walking map and your booth in the Exhibit Hall highlighted as a point of interest for attendees. Maps are printed and distributed to all attendees in the conference totebags, featured on the AAG Annual Meeting website, and available for download in the AAG app. AAG will design and print the maps with sponsor input on branding.
Focus Groups - $1,500 - $10,000 each session (depending on time)
Reach out to AAG attendees through market research focus groups. Attendees are rich sources of knowledge and ideas for your product marketing and development. Pricing includes:
- Pre-registration list of conference attendees (mailing address only)
- For an additional $500, we can include an email block in one of the geograms from AAG on behalf of each focus group organizer, which may include a link that recipients can click on to opt-in to receiving additional sponsor emails
Room rental, lectern, microphone, and projector screen. You must bring your own computer.
Custom Symposium - $1,500 - $10,000 each session
Note: custom symposia are not part of the Annual Meeting educational programming presented by AAG
The symposium can be as long or as short as you choose within the time-frame provided. You have complete control over the speaker and educational content. A content topic must be listed on the application. AAG reserves the right to not accept a symposium topic if it is determined to be not in alignment with AAG's vision, mission, and strategic goals. All sponsor marketing planned during the symposia must be approved by AAG. This includes, but is not limited to, invitations, announcements, and mailers. Pricing includes:
- Pre-registration list of conference attendees (mailing address only)
- Listing of symposium title, faculty, location, and sponsoring company with 150-word description in the conference program, website, and app
- For an additional $500, we can include an email block in one of the geograms from AAG on behalf of each
- Symposium sponsor, which may include a link that recipients can click on to opt-in to receiving additional sponsor emails
- Room rental, lectern, microphone, and projector screen. You must bring your own computer
- 6’ desk with 2 chairs outside of meeting room
This fee DOES NOT include catering costs, additional A/V, educational content, faculty management, fees/honorarium, travel, or presentation materials/hand-outs.
Journal/Publisher Sponsored Sessions - $1,500 (Dedicated) or $500 (Regular)
Session Sponsors will be verbally acknowledged by the session organizer at the start of the sponsored session and will receive text listing acknowledgement in the Annual Meeting Printed Program, Meeting Mobile App and AAG website.
Sessions with dedicated sponsorships are typically held during lunch, or at the end of each day and do not compete with regular scheduled sessions. Sponsorships for regular sessions will compete with other sessions and be considered part of the conference program.

Tote Bag Inserts - $1,000
Advertise with a promotional piece of your choice in the AAG Annual Meeting tote bags that every attendee receives upon checking‐in in New Orleans. All inserts must be a flat piece, no larger than 8.5” by 11.” Advertisers are responsible for shipping the pieces to New Orleans.
Printed Program - $750 per inside page
The Printed Program is offered to attendees for a nominal fee. Attendees use the program to access all conference information and many keep it as a permanent reference tool after the meeting. Cover ads are also available: Inside front cover - $1,000; Inside back cover - $800; Back cover - $1,200.
